Services Provided

The Practice provides assessment and counselling treatment to people of all ages from any location. Treatment is only provided by appointment.

The
Practice does not provide medical treatment or a crisis intervention service. If you are looking for immediate assistance, you should call LifeLine: 13-11-14 (Australia), or similar services in other countries.

Services: psychodynamic individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, family therapy (brief and longer term) in areas - anxiety, sadness or depression, anger, panic attacks, irritability, mental confusion, unstable sense of self-worth, inner conflicts.

Symptoms: dependency, phobic avoidance, vigilance, impulsive and compulsive acts, tiredness, weariness, fatigue, decreased motivation.

Problems: unpleasant or disturbing thoughts, repetition of thoughts and obsession, habitual fantasizing, negativity and cynicism, aggressiveness, perfectionism, isolation, socio-culturally inappropriate behaviors, addictions.

Individual and group treatments are available.


Group Programs

The
Practice provides education, business consulting and therapy groups (8-12 clients).  If you are interested in one of our group programs, please contact the Practice Manager.

Fees and Pricing

Fees for individual and group therapy are on a sliding scale based on country /  income.
